Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered (e.g. yoga classes, workshops, retreats, private or corporate sessions, online events). By signing up (online, email or in person), you accept these Terms as legally binding. Changes must be agreed in writing.

Pricing & Payment

  • All fees (classes, packages, workshops) must be paid in advance or upon booking.

  • Prices are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Class passes are personal, non-transferable and expire after a validity period with no prorating or roll‑over.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Drop-in classes: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class start; late cancellations or no-shows result in full forfeiture.

  • Private lessons: Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Workshops/retreats/training: Cancellations accepted in writing with staggered refunds depending on timing. No refunds for late cancellations.

Health, Participation & Liability

  • Students participate at their own risk and should consult a physician prior to starting classes. Report any medical condition or concern before participating.

  • If pregnant, inform the teacher before joining prenatal classes. The doctor must issue a medical certificate confirming that the person is permitted to practice yoga. Participation is only permitted after the 12th week of pregnancy.

  • Yoga involves physical movement, exertion, and potential risks of injury or discomfort. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those that may arise due to your own actions or negligence of the provider or instructors.

  • ​You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate, and you have consulted a healthcare professional if needed.

  • Personal belongings remain at the participant’s risk.

Conduct and Safety

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class. Latecomers may be denied entry.

  • Remove shoes before entering practice spaces; keep mobile phones silent or stored away.

  • Honor the practice environment: no strong perfumes, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized photos. Respect personal space and hygiene.

Recording & Intellectual Property

  • No photos, video, or audio recordings permitted without explicit consent.

  • Teaching content, class materials and content remain protected.
